Whilst I'm still wondering what "The Eate" means (is it Latin or Spanish or something else?) I was pleasantly surprised by the food. It was delicious and with generous serves. The service was poor - hopefully with the appointment of some skilled wait staff or additional training, their service will improve. You will definitely come for the food. From amazing calamari to the divine chicken and succulent lamb. Very nice. If you are temped by the shaker fries. Don't bother.

It was a quiet Monday. But the soccer was on so there was a buzz. Takeaway arrived quickly and as always the food was awesome. You have to try the spiced eggplant chips, the chicken and the pita wraps.

The lamb was top notch. Very nice and tender with the charcoal taste to it. Chicken was okay. Needed to be half cooked on charcoal. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Nice variety of beer.

Came here on reading the great reviews and recommendations. And they were correct. Very tasty food and coffee. The wagu burger was one of the best tasting burgers I have had. Also tried the sticky date pudding and it was very yummy. We will be back again. Definitely recommended.

Came here with my girlfriend yesterday for lunch and enjoyed the food and service so much that we came for breakfast the next day. We both absolutely loved the food here for lunch and breakfast! Cilbir Turkish Eggs were delicious! Definitely be back again soon. Thank you 🤩

This place is fantastic! Food has been perfect every time and we'll priced. Staff are professional, friendly and courteous. Its a laid back restaurant that surprises you with its overall excellence.

Good food, service was a bit slow but good. Braised Lamb and chips, caused chips to be soggy, may be a better way to serve this delicious meal

The lamb was really nice but the chicken wasn't great, it needed more time on the charcoal to get crispy from the outside, the inside was dry too The side pickles and leafy sides were average The service was great though and the atmosphere was nice It's also dog friendly outside which is always a bonus
